RCC National is one of Australia’s leading insurance remediation companies, trusted by insurers to assess, quote, and deliver critical repair and restoration work for homes and businesses across the country.

Lionize was engaged to refresh RCC National’s brand and reposition the business for continued growth and leadership in the sector. Our process began with in-depth research and stakeholder engagement, applying the 4Cs framework — Customer, Competitor, Culture, and Company — to develop a strategic foundation for the brand.

From this, we established a clear and compelling positioning centred around the idea of “Build Beyond” — a tagline that speaks to the company’s commitment to going further in care, quality, and service.

We then developed a new design direction, visual identity, and complete brand system, delivering a full suite of assets including brand guidelines and rollout materials. The new branding has been enthusiastically adopted by the business — now proudly visible not just on digital and print collateral, but across uniforms, vehicles, and job sites nationwide.
